In line with the age debate, how to folks feel about the request for a photo. I am an RVer who works all over the country - campground ads, especially, ask for submission of a resume, along with a photo of yourself and a photo of your motorhome. If this isn't blatant discrimination, I don't know what is. The rationale is that most (regular) employers are able to schedule in-person interviews, but a campground owner hiring help from such a "mobile community" can't always ask a prospective candidate to drive 2,000+ miles for an interview. Thus, the request for a photo. You can check out www.workampernews.com for examples.
